By purchasing a subscription from Aussie Betta, you agree to this Subscription Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy where applicable.


Subscription Overview

We offer subscription-based purchase options for selected products through our website. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries and recurring charges based on the subscription plan you select at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar day as your original signup date, unless you cancel before the next billing date. If a given month does not contain that calendar day, your subscription will renew on the last calendar day of that month.

You will be charged on that same calendar day each month using the payment method you provided at checkout, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.


Billing and Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan and billing cycle.

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically unless you cancel it before your next billing date.

If we are unable to process your payment, we may retry the payment method on file or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

We reserve the right to suspend, pause, or cancel subscriptions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, payment failure, or other misuse of the subscription service.


Pricing

The subscription price shown at checkout is the recurring product price you agree to pay for each renewal order, unless we notify you in advance of a pricing change.

Prices shown for subscription products include product charges only unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, taxes, duties, VAT, or other applicable charges may apply depending on your delivery location and current promotional terms.

If subscription pricing changes in the future, we will provide notice before the updated price takes effect on a future renewal.


Shipping for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to your selected subscription plan and shipping destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to order volume, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates, free shipping eligibility, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges for subscription orders are subject to our current Shipping Policy unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.


Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next renewal.

If you cancel after a renewal charge has already been processed, that renewal order will still be fulfilled and shipped, and the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.

Please include your order number or subscription reference and the email address used for the subscription when contacting us.


Changes to Subscription Products

We reserve the right to modify, pause, discontinue, or limit subscription products or subscription plans at any time.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected subscription or contact you regarding available alternatives, if any.

We are not obligated to continue offering any specific product, discount, frequency, or subscription benefit indefinitely.


Refunds and Returns for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our current Refund Policy unless otherwise stated in this Subscription Policy.

Unopened and unused subscription products may be eligible for refund review in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refund requests are handled according to the terms of that policy.

If a subscription order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Where applicable, approved refunds for subscription orders will be issued to the original payment method used for the relevant order.


Order Changes

We cannot guarantee changes to an upcoming subscription order once processing for that order has begun.

If you need to change your delivery address, product selection, billing details, or cancellation status, please do so before your next billing date or contact us as early as possible.


Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address, billing details, and contact information are accurate and kept up to date at all times.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete delivery information, or failure to respond to carrier contact attempts.

If a subscription package is returned to us due to customer error, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment is arranged.


International Subscription Orders

For subscription orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local charges may apply depending on your destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated otherwise, and remain the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, processing, or clearance procedures.


Worry-Free Delivery for Subscription Orders

If Worry-Free Delivery powered by Seel is offered and selected for an eligible subscription order, covered claims such as lost packages, defective products, missing items, or significantly delayed shipments should be submitted directly to Seel in accordance with Seel’s policy terms.
