Cancellation policy


This policy outlines how you can cancel, pause, or modify subscription, pre-order, and try-before-you-buy purchases from Aussie Betta. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.

Subscriptions


When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription ahead of the next billing date.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription


You can cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription frequency at any time, with no hidden fees:

  1. Use the direct order management link in your subscription confirmation email
  2. Log into your Aussie Betta customer account to manage your active subscriptions
  3. Contact our customer support team for assistance with subscription changes

Important Cancellation Rules


  • If you cancel after your subscription order has been processed and shipped: You cannot cancel the already dispatched order. This order will be delivered as scheduled, and you may refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for post-delivery solutions.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date will take effect immediately, with no further charges applied.

Pre-orders


A pre-order purchase applies to out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available products that are not yet in our warehouse.

  • We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout, with the remaining balance charged on the future fulfillment date.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order has been dispatched.

Pre-order Cancellation Rules


  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped for a full refund of any payments made.
  • Once your pre-order has been processed and dispatched, you cannot cancel the order. You may request a return or refund after delivery, in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy


For try-before-you-buy purchases, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling your order.

  • You will have a fixed trial period to decide if you want to keep the item(s).
  • If you return the item(s) within the trial period, no additional charges will be applied.
  • Once the trial period has passed and you have not returned the item(s), we will charge your payment method for the full product amount.

Try Before You Buy Cancellation Rules


  • You can cancel your try-before-you-buy order at any time before the end of the trial period by returning the item(s) in line with our returns instructions.
  • After the trial period ends and the full payment has been processed, you cannot cancel the order, and may only request a return via our standard Returns & Refund Policy.
